Beyond the matrix of espresso latte and exotic tea, you’ll find a big beautiful space with food and wine served from a professional kitchen and inhouse bakery. Prairie Ink is neither a franchise nor a coffee bar: it’s a celebrated full-service casual dining destination beloved by locals and besought by tourists. The kitchens are run by chefs and the recipes are made from scratch. They don’t deep fry.
